How To Pick Your Size

step1

step 2

barefoot size

Step 1

Place the paper on the ground against a wall.

Step onto the paper with your heel against the wall.

Draw a line where your longest toe ends. Measure the distance from the wall to the tip of your longest toe. Repeat with your other foot. You now have the length of your feet.

Step 2

Add an additional 0.8 - 1.5 cm (0.3 - 0.59 inches) to the total length of your foot to give your toes enough wiggle room. Compare these measurements with our insole length and choose the ideal size for you. If you are between two sizes, we recommend the larger size.

Step 3

Insoles are great to assist with creating the perfect fit.

If shoes feel a little tight, removing the insole can help create more space for the feet. Removing the insole from the shoe that feels too small when you’re trying it on can make a difference if you’re in between sizes.
